1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using tappedin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
tappedin is a personalised AI-powered news digest service. We deliver a curated summary of topics you specify, once daily, to the channels you choose (email, Telegram).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@tappedin.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
We offer Monthly ($10/month) and Annual ($84/year) plans, both including a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial begins at payment, not account creation. After the trial, your card is charged automatically. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops renewal but service continues until the end of the billing period.
One free trial per email address, ever. Prior subscription history results in no trial and immediate billing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the service
- Submit prompts designed to manipulate or inject content into AI systems
- Share account credentials with others
6. Content
Digest content is generated by AI and sourced from publicly available information. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Digests are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion triggers a soft delete immediately, with permanent data purge within 30 days. Mid-trial deletion cancels your subscription with no charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
tappedin is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
